Not quite right? No worries. You can return items in line with the policy below. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed and in resellable condition with tags attached.
Return policy highlights
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Hygiene products, gift cards and final sale items are non‑returnable.
- If returning from outside the UK/EU, import duties and taxes are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
Size not quite right? Submit a return and place a new order for the size you need to secure stock. Exchanges are not processed automatically.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days from delivery to our warehouse for your refund to be processed.
